Jason Settle
Emboldened by his own inner healing and freedom journey, Jason leads SettledCo's coaching, consulting, and counseling teams and is committed to working with men, marriages, and high-performing leaders. Prioritizing raw over rah-rah, Jason is a substantive voice, emphasizing the importance of settled identity to a person’s success. Jason’s no-nonsense approach is informed by his Master's of Executive Coaching and Organizational Leadership from Concordia University. He is a certified Dallas Director of the Dr. John Townsend Leadership Program (TLP) and hosts annual TLP Cohorts. Jason is an adjunct professor of Organizational and Personal Leadership at The King's University.
Elizabeth Settle
A multilingual educator and writer, Elizabeth has developed content in both English and Spanish, reaching wide audiences and contributing to organizations like Gateway Publishing, Docent Research Group, and Prestonwood Curriculums. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Texas State University and is recognized for her strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and operational leadership. Elizabeth is currently leading SettledCo's Conferences, Courses, and Community expressions.
Our Statement of Faith
We exist to invite people into life with the Triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who created humanity in love for relationship, partnership, and wholeness.
Through Jesus Christ—fully God and fully human—we are redeemed, reconciled, and restored. By His life, death, and resurrection, salvation is given freely to all, awakening us to our true identity as sons and daughters, whole and complete in Him.
The Holy Spirit dwells within us as the giver of life, empowering us to live transformed, awakened lives—marked by dependence on God, spiritual gifts, and love in action.
We hold the Scriptures as the inspired and authoritative Word of God, revealing Jesus as the Living Word and guiding us in truth, formation, and faithful living.
As the Church, we are called to make disciples—immersing people into the reality of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and equipping them to live from their fullness in Christ.
We believe in the restoration of all things, the return of Christ, and the fulfillment of God’s Kingdom in a new heaven and new earth.
We honor God’s design for humanity—expressed in covenantal marriage, identity, and embodied life—while holding that no person is beyond the reach of His redeeming, restoring love.
We live the Christian life as a journey of awakening—learning to depend fully on God, standing firm through trials, and growing into the fullness already given to us in Christ.
