What is the TLP Settled Cohort Schedule? How does it work?

● One year long program from February to December.

● Monthly education sessions every second-Monday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (lunch and snacks included).

● Focused small group learning.

● One-on-one coaching time with your TLP Director.

● Stretch goal identification and ongoing support from group members.
